To pay your bill, login or create an account online. You can also call 1-800-987-5521 to set up a payment over the phone.

How long does it take to get my First PREMIER credit card in the mail?

If approved, your card will be shipped to you in 7 to 10 business days.

Does First PREMIER increase credit limits?

Yes! We consider credit limit increase eligibility upon request, after you’ve been with us for 13 months and have kept your account in good standing.1

Is the First PREMIER Bank Mastercard® Credit Card a real credit card?

Yes! First PREMIER Bank and PREMIER Bankcard have been serving customers for over 20 years. The First PREMIER Bank Mastercard Credit Card can be used anywhere Mastercard credit cards are accepted2.

Is the First PREMIER Bank Mastercard Credit Card unsecured?

Yes, the First PREMIER Bank Mastercard Credit Card is unsecured. First PREMIER also offers a secured credit card

Yes, your activity on your First PREMIER credit card will be reported to the major Consumer Reporting Agencies (credit bureaus) on a monthly basis.

What is a FICO® Score and what’s it used for?

The FICO® Score was created by Fair Isaac Corporation (FICO). The FICO® Score is a number that lenders use to assess your credit risk which reflects how likely you are to pay your credit obligations.

What ATM can I use my First PREMIER Credit Card at?

You can use your card at any ATM displaying the Cirrus logo. To use an ATM, you must have your Personal Identification Number (PIN). Call 1-888-891-2435 to set up your personalized identification number.

Does First PREMIER have an app?

Yes! The PREMIER Credit Card app available for Apple iOS devices on the Apple App Store and for Android devices on Google Play.

How do I request an increase in my credit limit?1

You may request to be reviewed for a credit limit increase at any time. There is a fee associated with a credit limit increase in the amount of 25% of the amount of the credit limit increase. To request a credit limit increase:  

  • Log into your account.
  • Click Credit Limit Increase. (On the left side)
  • Select account to be reviewed for the credit limit increase and then select the “Request Increase” button.
  • Please allow up to 14 business days for a response in the mail.

How do I enroll in mobile alerts?

To enroll in mobile alerts:   

  • Click here
  • Fill in your information in the requested fields.
  • You will then be asked for your zip code and the last four digits of your social security number.
  • Then, you may select the alerts you would like to receive, and where you receive them at.
  You will receive a text message to complete your text alert registration.
