You may request a copy of your credit card agreements by logging into your online account and selecting the Submit Inquiry link under the Account Services menu. Please ensure the correct account is selected in the drop down and click New Inquiry. This will create an entry form for you to select the type of inquiry (Other), enter the description of your inquiry (Ex: Send me a copy of my credit card agreements) and then select the Submit Inquiry button. You may also request a copy by calling Customer Service at 1-800-987-5521.
If your account has been charged off, you may request a copy of your credit card agreement in writing to First PREMIER Bank, PO Box 5524, Sioux Falls, SD 57117-5524 or by calling Customer Service at 1-800-987-5521.
